Once contact is established with our potential customer and request is formulated and sent to us we swing into action by forwarding your request to our local partners and sales agents to start with the clarification of details. It is essential for us to get a good understanding of what our customer needs. This process will involve phone chats, emails and possibly meetings with our local partners and sales agents.

They will deliberately consult with you to work out recommendations for products that best meet your needs. Some products that are made after customers’ order may have additional options for individual customer features e.g. colour, patterns, texture, material, individual or family emblems, etc.

Upon finalizing of purchase decision, an official quote will be sent to our customer. Upon receiving a customer order to product will be ordered by our local partner.

Some products may not be available in stock and may take a while to deliver. In case our customers have any further question, they can either contact our local partners or directly contact Longan Lifestyle Germany.

In case of any warranty incident our local partner will gladly be available to understand the situation and we’ll do our best to ensure a quick and uncomplicated solution. If spare parts are needed from the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) we will organize the shipment to your location as well as contract our local maintenance service provider to ensure a repair and fixing at a high-quality standard. If need be the product will be picked up at your residence and will be brought back to you after repair. The warranty service is of course free of charge for products under Longan Lifestyle distribution.

Beyond the standard warranty period our local partners will always be at your service ensuring you get to enjoy our product as you wish. In these cases, you as our customer will get the same services as in warranty phase. The cost for the customer though, will be billed by our local partner.
